Day : 90 Diet : LCHF ( veg and non veg ) Start date : 26th jan'22 Initial weight : 92 kg Curent weight : 79.80 kg previous weight check : 82.45 kg ( 13th March'22) Goal : 65 - 70 kgs and build muscle. sleep was inconsistent last weel apart from that all good.
