Today in this video I present to you my current workout where I'm going to emphasize the density that is creating the best muscle mass gains. Today an ultra intense workout for the arms, only biceps and triceps, without the forearms which are included in another workout (sign up to be updated).
The training protocol consists of doing 4 workouts per week: Monday - Tuesday and Thursday - Friday and includes only one exercise per muscle group, I try to use the best even the ideal where possible.
I usually use 5 supersets alternating 2 antagonistic muscle groups (chest and back) and start with the first set of 50 repetitions, second of 40 and etc... If you find it too much, you can opt for just 4 sets.
