This is my favorite workout on KZbin. I did it three times a week in the beginning, and it helped me get strong enough to be confident in going to classes! Now I work out everyday by running, yoga and HIIT - I do this one about twice a week still. I've lost 20 lbs since January and starting to get visible abs now. Thank you.

Rebecca you make the best workout videos.Not only that your energy and how you keep a conversation going is awesome! It keeps me working harder and it makes me more excited to work out im 14 years old but before i watched this video twice i was 118.8 lbs now i am 114.2 lbs thank you sm!

Thank you for all the videos you have done! I am a high class swimmer and these workouts help me and my teammates out a lot! We watch your videos before and after training to get our body workout therefore we have a good looking body and plenty of strength ! Thanks Rebeccca. I was not getting used to doing exercises for the past years. However I noticed my body losing tonned and fat growing faster, I started workout. Now I feel myself tonned and healthy and getting a nice body shape. Thanks again. I will continue the workout and keep it going,

I LOVE THOSE VIDEOS WITH REBECCA! I was doing the other full body fat burner and now I combine these two and IT IS A KILLER WORKOUT! I hope to see the results soon =) It is just very fun workout, I usually struggle with yt workout but these ones are perfect.

I love that she takes water breaks in between! I got thirsty so much while doing this wo! And stretching is super important as well. She first works one part of the body, then another...good job Rebecca!!!

I've been on diet for months without workout and slowly introduce workout in my routine. After so long plateau, i can definitely seeing some inch loss rapidly after a week doing this on alternate days.

i stared doing this workout since yesterday and i sweat a lot and feeling really good i will do this daily but as a beginners it was very hard for me specially side plank to do but i didn't quit. and i am gonna do every day really very good workout focusing all parts of the body.

You will burn some, but cardio is the way to go if fat burning / losing weight & inches is your goal. Spot reduction is a myth, so you need to do a total body cardio to lose overall weight. Doing upper body or other muscle focused exercises is also important because it helps with toning and building lean muscle, but add cardio routines into the mix to drop pounds and slim down all over. Love you Rebecca... You are my inspiration! Two years back, I used to do your workout of 24 minutes (for flattening tummy I guess) . It was real fat burner man, I had lost my love handles.Now, I tried to search for it but not getting it :-(.. nevertheless this particular video is similar to that .. We recommend at least 3 times a week on non-consecutive days, but you should start seeing results within 4 weeks if you keep it consistent.

Irma Coral C. Any workout aids in losing weight. If it's cardio it burns the fat directly, and with strengthening/toning exercises you work on building muscle. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn, the more calories you burn, the more likely you will lose weight... I will say this though, your physique is 20% exercise and genes and 80% nutrition... so make sure eat more whole unprocessed foods, and less junk.

Irma Coral I am a personal trainer I lost 55% of my body weight. 80% of weight loss is diet. My advice is go onto Fitness Pal, see how any calories, you need to lose weight. Honestly I have done every type of diet, healthy eating is the only way. There are dozens of workouts on here I recommend. Hasfit has a channel here, as well as a website, run by a great Coach, Joshua Kozack. He has tons of stuff on there- all for free, any advice I can give please message me!

+mariahegh Stay away from processed foods, foods that are high in fat and sugar, and fried foods. DO eat whole fruits and veggies, legumes & leans meats, nuts & seeds. Drink plenty of water, avoid sugary drinks and alcohol. Thanks for watching!
