Since I discovered Rebecca, I stopped my gym membership and have been doing my regular workout with her for two years. The results are unquestionably immense. On the other hand, you never know what life brings, therefore It is a bonus to learn the workouts by heart in case you are trapped somewhere within walls or where there is no internet connection. Mine is a 9.30 hr desk job, sitting continuously has increased weight by 10 kgs in last 1 yr. Hope so this helps to slim down my overall body fat back my normal self . Thanku Rebecca . u r awsm

its been hard but i always feel so proud of myself when i manage to get through this entire workout. its only been a week and ive already noticed that im getting stronger and that im able to push myself further with each workout. not to mention how fabulous my legs are beginning to look so thank you!

I love this workout and love her energy - of course I'm sure if people need more information they can balance this with all kinds of information about form! I will include this video into my regular workout routine with running and nutrition and drinking plenty of fluids and stretching - amazing that you could fit all of that into 30 minutes - thank you!!! Great workout, loved the circuit training that kept me moving, and the trainer was very motivational! Added some arm work at the end to round things out for myself, with some longer stretching.

i was super lazy and didn't want to do this workout, but i made myself to and now i have no regrets! haha all the exersizes were amazing and i'm all sweat, but not tired! on the contrary, i'm full of energy and looking for one more workout like this thanks sooooo much!!

Loved that workout! It went by so fast, ususally I check the remaining time once or twice during the workout but not at this workout! I especially love that the exercises are not repetitive at all, I like having a great variety of exercises!

I'm no expert but I feel like I got a really rounded workout from this, lots of core and balance which will hopefully help me with my running. Loved the getting up and down all the time; with most workouts I've done you do abs last and by that point I'm just happy to be laying down and don't really feel like I work as hard - this is great as didn't have the opportunity to do that.. did have to add a good floor stretch to calm my heart rate and stop myself feeling sick after the sudden stop. Thanks for a great work out!

12 reps at a time makes it easy to keep going and finish the whole workout. I don't get too exhausted but I get a great workout, too! Thank you!

I have been doing your work out starting with legs and bum like Miley cyrus since start June. Although still have more work on the Butt my a bbs have changed my legs and arms. I have always had big legs I think doing Ballet but you have helped I have done your work outs most days and they keep me motivated Thank-you

I always feel so low on Saturday nights so this really helped lift my spirits! This is the first Rebecca Louise workout I've done and I love the fact that even though the moves are quite simple and classic, she makes you feel like you're running up Mount Everest! :)

Thanks Rebecca I’ve been training with you since November last year and though I’ve been lazy on occasions and I drifted off during Christmas I’ve seen results 😊 I’ve got a better waistline and tight gluteus good enough for the summer outfits 😊😊
