Since I discovered Rebecca, I stopped my gym membership and have been doing my regular workout with her for two years. The results are unquestionably immense. On the other hand, you never know what life brings, therefore It is a bonus to learn the workouts by heart in case you are trapped somewhere within walls or where there is no internet connection. its been hard but i always feel so proud of myself when i manage to get through this entire workout. its only been a week and ive already noticed that im getting stronger and that im able to push myself further with each workout. not to mention how fabulous my legs are beginning to look so thank you!

Loved that workout! It went by so fast, ususally I check the remaining time once or twice during the workout but not at this workout! I especially love that the exercises are not repetitive at all, I like having a great variety of exercises!

I'm no expert but I feel like I got a really rounded workout from this, lots of core and balance which will hopefully help me with my running. Loved the getting up and down all the time; with most workouts I've done you do abs last and by that point I'm just happy to be laying down and don't really feel like I work as hard - this is great as didn't have the opportunity to do that.. did have to add a good floor stretch to calm my heart rate and stop myself feeling sick after the sudden stop. Thanks for a great work out!

I always feel so low on Saturday nights so this really helped lift my spirits! This is the first Rebecca Louise workout I've done and I love the fact that even though the moves are quite simple and classic, she makes you feel like you're running up Mount Everest! :)
