I really enjoyed this workout!! It makes me feel better and I recently had started a healthier life style and what I do is I wake up, do my regular boring routine and then go for a jog around the block, come back in, do this workout and take a shower and have green tea. I really love Becky as well, she is so motivating and inspiring. Not o mention she is beautiful and has a sweet heart. :)

For best results, i've found that doing 15 minutes of this workout, 40 minute run/walk then the last 15 minutes followed by stretching or yoga works best! Amazing workout!!

This is by far the hardest routine I have ever done!!!! My mom and I weren´t able to do any of the side planks while my kids were cheering on us. Then they tried to do them and failed. "You are right, they are hard", they said!. I will have to come back to this routine several times before I am able to do it all. I even felt like crying out of frustration but I did it all!!! Not the right way, maybe. I sure didn´t look as elegant, but I did it and I feel so proud of myself and my mom! Now excuse me, I need to pass out.

Rou Jing of course , yes :) right after waking up , i start my day with ginger honey tea adding some lemon slices then having a breakfast as usual . For the lunch and dinner, i choose sweet potato instead of rice ,and also a lot of vegetables ( force myself to eat these things though i am not really enjoy much :)) ) . I dont completely cut off meat from my diet , just reduce the amount of it . At the begining , it seems really difficult beacause your body hasn 't adapted yet , so try some juices to ease the hunger .Ah , Dont forget to drink 3 liters of water a day !
