People - although the vid appears to be clickbait (and it kinda is anyway) - it IS actually true! If one workout burns 150 Kcal (which are KILO calories, that we usually refer to in our "everyday language" ), and you do it every day of the week: 150*7= 1050 Kcal Calculate this into calories instead of KILO calories: 1050*1000= 1 050 000 calories = ONE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND CALORIES *micdrop*

the k in front of cal stands for kilo which basically refers to there being a thousand of what you are measuring, in this case calories. so 1000 kcal is 1 calorie. She doesn't mean starve yourself and work out guys. When you do workouts like this you eat foods like eggs, fish and whole pastas that build your energy to manage this you burn the calories you need to lose but keep the ones you need. So many hateful comments from people who are maybe junk foodies.

What's the best way to get rid of leg fat/muscle? People say to avoid Squats because doesn't that basically give your legs more muscle making them look bigger than before when it was far? So you lose the fat and gain muscle, sometimes getting more muscle quicker than losing the fat so it makes you look bigger? Or is this theory people say is wrong? How to remove fat and not add too much muscle to make your legs look the same or bigger? Do you just do cardio exercises really quick? Like sprinting and jumping quickly, the mountain climbing exercise like you see on The Insanity Workout program?

Bicycles kill me every time, I flop around like a demented, confused and possessed fish. Might use planks as a substitute find them a lot easier and I giggle through them like a maniac. Really good selection of exercises, and the fact you can do this anywhere (at home, in a hotel, etc.) is a big plus. The only thing I saw that I didn't think was correct was the exercise titled Frog Jumps is actually Plank Jacks. A Frog Jump is getting in the push-up position, hands and toes on the floor (not your knees), and you jump both feet towards your chest, like the bottom portion of a burpee. You can land your feet in front of your hands, or out to the side of your hands if you have the flexibility.

I've always had problems when it comes to eating. All my resolve to diet breaks in front of food. i do this with ab workout twice a week and other days i do her miley cyrus leg workout and flat stomach workout.. I got pretty visible results after two weeks even tho not the results i want but i feel much better so i'll keep going

I'm not sure if it's effective in losing weight, I've been doing in on and off for more than two years. Not sure about the weight loss part but it's definitely a good short workout for lots of sweat! Feels good every time after doing this.

I'll give you the quickest way to REALLY burn a 1,000,000 calories: 1. get in your workout gear and grab a mat 2. set urself on fire that's it. you're burning like crazy now

I just finished this exercise and believe me it’s easier when you just get up and get all excited while you exercise with her rather than sitting and thinking it’s tough.. just get up and do it!! Even if you weren’t burning 1 millions calories “obviously” it doesn’t matter as long as you work out you will be satisfied at the end of it. If you want to achieve your goal than what the hell are you waiting for?? It’s now or NEVER!!
