A year ago I lost about 60 pounds. Then one day, I didn't go to the gym, because I just felt so TIRED and sore. The next day, I didn't feel like going, and long story short, I gained all the weight back, plus some more. I currently am depressed and unhappy with my weight. I weigh 232 pounds and as an "obese" person, it is terrifying to publically admit that. Today marks day #1 of working out and eating healthy. I just finished this workout and it KICKED my BUTT. (I saved this video from last year to my "favorites" list) I had to stop several times to catch my breath and shout out obscenities during the lunge part (with the hands in the air), BUT, I COMPLETED this video y'all. It showed me how OUT OF SHAPE I currently am, but it also showed me how DETERMINED I am to get healthy again. Thank you for making this video. And tomorrow I'm gonna do this again!

So I just did this workout. I told myself if I get to 15 minutes, i would be satisfied. I looked at my applewatch and was 20 minutes in, so then i pushed myself and got through the entire workout. In those 32 minutes i burned 361 calories according to my watch. I did tons of modifications but just kept moving and doing it. This is absolutely the best workout video online. Thanks you guys! You just gain another subscribers.

A big compliment to Fitness Blender that they always include warm-up exercises at the beginning and stretching exercises at the end. This clearly shows professionalism and that the health of their views is essential to them. So many other fitness KZbinrs primarily post videos with are exactly 10 mins long. This means that they have to do as little as possible on editing and filming, but they are getting the full benefit of being promoted by the algorithm. Warm-up and stretching exercises are so often completely neglected (with the excuse, that they have somewhere a warm-up video on their channel). I recently started a fitness KZbin channel and I try to include all best practices: e.g. Popular music, split-screen for modified versions (easier and harder), 3 warm-up exercise at the beginning, and 3 stretching exercises at the end show the number of burnt calories, almost no talking, written explanation on how to correctly execute the exercises to avoid injury, creative combinations of exercises to make it more fun to work out. =)

Hey everyone.(Excuse my english, I'm spanish) I have done this workout everyday during 10 days. This is the result: I have lost just 1kg(2,2 Ibs) or so BUT I am so much more stronger and toned, starting to see abbs definition. Also, I am having the best nutrition I can ( kind of diet but not strict, and I am a vegetarian) and drinking 3 liters of water a day. My goal is to define more the muscles and get rid of some localized fat and cellulitis. Evolution update: At the beggining is a killer but suddenly you realise that everyday it's easier and easier. Advices for everyone who is planning to do this: The first time listen to the comments of the girl and make sure you’re doing it in the right way.They're helpfull. But all the other days you are doing it, put some motivational music to listen to make it easier. Now I'm not planning to stop obiously, but I'm doing different workouts of FitnessBlender cause it's a GREAT channel. Go for it! )

Even though this workout is SUPER hard, the girl makes me feel sooo much better about it. She is so human, she shows that she is sweating, out of breath and tired. Not like other workouts where the girl is not even a little out of breath. I love Fitness Blender!!!!

I like that at the very beginning she says you'll sweat. I have this problem where I figure that if I'm breathing hard I must be out of shape, but then I need to remember that some of the best sprint runners needs to learn how to suck in air and get their heartbeat going faster than normal. Breathing hard and sweating protects us, and she says it right out.

This was the first video I've ever watched when it comes to fitness. It was 3 months ago when I was 255 lbs and extremely out of shape. I had no idea about cardio or any type of workout. I finally made a choice to do something about my weight and so I started doing some research and stumbled upon this video. It changed my life literally! ! I did this workout 2 times a week and started noticing a slight change in my weight and energy. Did more research and began weightlifting and eating healthy. Hi Kelly, A big thank to you, as I have lost 20kgs (44lbs) in 9 months by just doing this work out and a little control on diet. I am a housewife and I don't want to go to gym (because of my friends' experience of putting weight again after losing in gym). So this is the best workout for me since it doesn't require any equipment, but just a yoga mat and It's a complete work out with warm up and cool down sessions as well. Initially it took a little time to loose weight but once it started, it was continued till I achieved my goal. I was trying to loose weight for last 2 years and have tried other work out and diet plans as well but all in vein. But after doing this work out and loosing 20kgs in 9 months, my husband and whole family is extremely happy but most important thing is I have got myself back. Thanks again to you and your team.

Whatever you're going through, whoever you are, keep going. I know you're wondering if it's worth it, and it is. You can do this. I know you can, because I did. 2 years ago, I couldn't finish this workout. 5 minutes was my max, I was dying on the floor. I tried to do this workout once or twice a week, as much as I could. I progressed until I could complete it entirely (took me more than 6 months). There were still days I had to take extra breaks. Little by little, I introduced other exercises, then other short workouts to this one. After a year or so, I tried other similar workouts (back then, I avoided everything I didn't already know, all the other workouts I had never done before seemed so hard). I slowly adapted to working out, I also tried to eat healthier. I added strength training, started eating more and always healthier. I gave up my goal to have the perfect body and focused on the workouts I liked. I built a program for myself and in 3 months, boom. I became so, so fit (ideal weight, no more cellulite or hanging skin from too much fat, lean muscles and abs definition, sculpted booty). I lost 25kg (55 lbs) and got in shape for the first time in my life at 25 years old. I still can't believe it. I've been fat and unhealthy all my life. Now I'm the healthiest person ever. I feel so good. I move all the time, I'm flexible, strong, I have so much stamina. I won't lie it was hard, sometimes I even cried thinking I was just genetically in bad shape and I'd never love my body anyways. But that was bullshit. I went from a big belly to a 6 pack abs, I freaking did it. Now I love working out and taking care of myself so much. I love who I am and I embrace the person I am becoming. My new goal is to maintain the muscle mass I gained and explore yoga. I keep working out with Fitness blender, and now this workout is my warm up. Take the time to love yourself. Appreciate your body. Thank it. Hug it. Tell yourself it's okay. Don't let yourself down. You need your body, and it needs you. You guys are a team. Your soul was brought in there for a reason. This is REALLY the first time I have tried this at home, technology is so advanced now that SERIOUSLY there are NO MORE EXCUSES. Today is my FIRST DAY... Love this workout! I am a guy who lifts weights regularly and even to me this is very challenging! However, it is also enjoying. Literally I'm so out of shape I stopped after 5 min, took a break, stopped after 7 min, and then had to stop altogether at 13 min. I will keep trying.

Oh wow this is probably my new favorite workout. Beats the elliptical any day. I was drenched in sweat by cool down. Day 5 of the 8 Week Fat Loss program & I'm already seeing improvements in how many pushups I can do!

Soo I was by no means prepared for that but I survived. I pooped out three times but kept going. I will be trying this again until I can get all the way through without stopping. You fight through it because that's how you get results. If your soreness doesn't go away eventually it may be something wrong and I suggest seeing a doctor.

After consultation, I don't have any heart problems I just need to maintain these kinds of exercises. I'm getting better at this now. Easier! :)

Really loved this!! I love how the movements varied and incorporated the full body. Normally i steer away from these types of work outs bc i just feel like I am jumping constantly and damaging joints. I did not feel that way at all!!! I love the functionality and focus on integrity of movement. Great work out!

I knew I was going to have gym withdrawal during the COV lockdown so I googled for free programs to keep me sane and on a routine. I LOVE these FitnessBlender videos! I find I can pair up 2 together to feel like I got my hour in and mix them up for variety each day. I purchased a few things I missed from the gym and am enjoying it just as much I am only missing the social aspect. I appreciate the lack of tunes because I prefer quiet or to think. Kelly, you are great at being 'normal' and not robotic, which is actutally more motivational. I wish there was a way to arrange a full hour easier than putting them all in my favorites in order of how I want to use them but I will manage. Happy to be exercising in my own little shelter.

So as a 27 girl 63 kg 158 cm who was fit in the past but stoped working out for 7 years.... i woke up today staring at my belly fats and dicided this have to change... i did the hole work out and i never remember sweting this much in my life, i was diying cheated a little in the hips up and down movement but i'm proud of myself...i took salad for dinner and am gonna do this for 4 times a week IT'S ON 💪💪💪

Im gonna up fate for every work out: Today is the second workout it was more hard to do than the first one, i took a break in the half... 2 more to go for this week...i also added 10 min of abs workout, lol i felt guilty bcs of the break I'm aldo on eggs and green tea diet chek it out it's easy to do and i fon't feel hungry at all

Hakim Fayazi it was 57 kg but now it's 59... it's geting harder because my body is resting and it keeps wanting to go back to the initial weight but now it's stable at 59kg and i'm satisfided as long as it keeps going down...wish me luck ☺✌✌

this is the best cardio workout ive ever done at home! it's so simple, anybody could do it! sometimes if I did nothing at home all day, I'll crave a workout so I'll just do a little something, preferably something that gets my heart rate up a bit, and I'll feel so much better, and not so groggy and heavy from sitting on the couch all day, and I think I just found my go-to video/channel for that! IM SWEATING SO MUUUUCH. love this!!! had to comment my thoughts on my water break! hahaha

this workout is great! If i should describe my figure i would call it ''skinny fat''. I wanted to reduce some of the curves and build muscle instead + a flat stomach. Ive been doing this workout for a month now, 5 days a week and already notice some small changes on my body. For example did i lose some back fat and my hips lost their baby fat too.

Just to let viewers know (whoever actually cares enough to read it lol) I'd like to share and say I've been doing this exact workout for at least three days out of the week for two months or more now and then after before the cool down I go to a butt or ab quick 10 minute video of my choosing then after I finish off with a cool down and I have seen a crazy outcome my body is looking so nice and without a gym! I eat kind of whatever I want though but I'm sure with a better meal plan it would be better.

I love FB and I think Kelli is very beautiful woman, but honestly, I think that she is too thin lately. I know that almost for sure she eats enough and very healthy but she is very, very thin and her muscle definition is visible due to the very low body fat percentage. I think that Kelli looked better when she had a bit more fat to cover her very delicate frame.

I started doing this daily yesterday! Because I'm a college freshmen and I know college shapes the rest of your life so I was like "lets be healthy". Today after I finished (only my second day), the cardio part, I was like "that's it??"!

It'll be three weeks on Thursday! I do this every Mon, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays if I don't have homework. I'm not really seeing amazing results (but I wasnt expecting to bc i dont do it everyday) my eating has gotten better like I eat a salad with every meal and I try not eat unhealthy cards at dinner (like fried stuff). I also do a three minute ab exercise right after. I have noticed my love handles losing a little density and my calf muscles are a little more noticeable. I only drink water and sweet tea or lemonade! I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by October 20th so I hope this goes well :)

guys this worksss! I began to do this workout every 2 days from the start of January as my new years resolution (I'm 14 btw) and First it was kinda tiring so I took short breaks in between. But believe me, after 2 weeks I tried doing it everyday when I could (after school) and I actually feel my legs and arms becoming stronger. So quit eating cheese burgers, I know all y'all can bloody do this :)

This might be the best 30mins exercise on you tube, creeps up on you it does, eases you in gently and by the end you are drowning in sweat. Not the intensity of HIIT, but HIIT is not for me. Great cardio and great all over stretches for flexibility along the way. Great exercise for a 54yo to complement running and inline skating. Top work fitness blender, been on board for many years.

my dietitian recommended me this. I just started and i will do it in every 2 days for a week then i'll start doing it every day. She told me that she felt toned after doing this for a week and guess who wants to lose 10 pounds and get toned... First day was sweaty but i actually had fun and felt good 💪

I was pretty fit, then I broke a leg and ended up almost a year not moving, and now I'm all slow and really unfit... I love this video and I'm going to start doing these regularly again, let's get back in shape!

Thanks to this video ; I've lost 80 pounds in 5 months. My original weight being 241 Pounds. It's hard work . But keep pushing and finding delicious healthy food (My favorite is whole wheat/w lean ground turkey...hehe). You'll master this in time. Just don't give up. =)

After about a year of doing this workout, I can finally complete it, give or take a second or 3... A big step for me!!! I would strongly recommend this workout, it makes you look better and feel better once you're done.
