This is INSANE! This is LITERALLY the best cooking video I have EVER watched, and I watch every Sam the Cooking Guy video, Brian Lagerstrom, Joshua Weismann and more. This is a YEAR'S worth of content in one video, all the recipes are super tasty and EASY, and I have NEVER seen a low cal Caesar Salad dressing recipe, and not just that, it doesn't even have anchovies! This is crazy!

Found you a few weeks ago and I'm already down 12 pounds....BONUS my 14 year old loves every single recipe of yours that I've made, so I don't have to make two separate meals every time I cook for us! Every recipe is DELICIOUS!!! Pro-tip: You can make a double batch of the sticky honey siracha chicken, gochujang chicken, orange chicken, honey mustard chicken, etc. and then use it twice in a week for a salad meal, a ramen meal, a wrap, a sandwich, etc. P.S. - of course I watched the whole thing to the end! :o)

I've made the buffalo chicken pizza and the siracha honey tenders so far, both are really good. I was worried the pizza dough wouldnt hold the toppings after baking but it did pretty well. Only issue i had was spreading the dough onto the parchment, it kept sticking and it wouldnt flatten out as well as yours did. The siracha honey tenders were great too, but when they were done cooking and i tossed them in the sauce they lost their crunch a bit. I think i need to let them cool a bit before tossing them next time. Thanks so much for the recipes man, cant way to try more!

So I love the Chalupa idea and while I prefer a little more crisp and flip them for another 2 minutes, I am in love with a creamy chipolte sauce I made. 1 cup cottage cheese, juice of 2 big juicy limes, half a 6oz can of chipoltes in adobo, salt and pepper to taste.....its incredible I have been eating it 3 times a week, works great with chicken breast and skirt steak also

Thanks for your videos and recipes. I haven’t ever made one exactly as written, admittedly, as I (and my kids) have some weird food allergies and stomach issues that make a lot of store bought or fast food options not really something that we find appealing (a wicked stomach ache or spending the night in the bathroom doesn’t after eating out doesn’t really make you want to eat out much!). I have had to sub things that work for us and are lactose free etc, but your recipes have given me tons of inspiration and a jumping off point to make food at home that would have given me and my kids awful stomach aches if we ate out and couldn’t substitute some things here and there to make it easier on our sensitive stomachs or to avoid the need for a ton of allergy meds to avoid having hives afterwards! Anyway, thanks. I really appreciate all the work and testing that clearly goes into your recipes cause even with the small tweaks I have had to do on some, they have all come out great. I really love your ninja creami recipes in particular! It’s been awesome being able to eat ice cream without feeling sick afterward this summer! And with macros that fit my goals too! So glad I found your KZbin channel!

The recipe for the buffalo chicken chalupas in the pdf seems very different from the one in the video. (The chicken is cooked in an instant pot and shredded, there's no cottage cheese in the buffalo sauce.) Any chance you have an updated version like what's in the video?

i looked into the book for the chicken and fries recipe. Where are we getting 11oz of chicken for under 500 calories? 300g of russet potatoes is 237 calories. The whole meal is listed as 518 calories. So 11oz of chicken tenders is ~280 calories?

Hey! With the chalupa recipe, it’s written as two servings per recipe but only calls for one pita and two pounds of chicken. How many chalupas does the recipe make? It might be hard to fit two pounds of meat in a single Joseph’s pita 😂. Love your content! Thanks for all the recipes.🎉
