Great as usual! Love the cardio and Pilates mix but also love the slower weighted dumbbell workouts! Both workouts give different goals. I love your outfit colors. I meant to ask you.. Do you do any type of cardio on the days you dont do your Pilates or is this all you do? When I am not doing your videos as I have to wait a few days until my soreness goes away, I go on the elliptical.

Amazingly challenging practice Alex! Ever since my disc bulge problem, I have been unable to do my regular yoga practices & have looking for alternative practices that are equally intense yet easy on my back.
