Redid this as my active rest day routine this week. What a booty burn. And wow, def an ab burn. So targeted and effective. Glutes is something I’m really working on, and doing some intense targeted band work was just what I was after.

Thank you for sharing this one with us Kit. Wow, what a burner. A great lower impact toning focused routine. Perfect way to start my day this morning. Def need to work on my outer hip/ glute area... felt the burn in a few of those moves. Really enjoyed the balance challenges in here with the booty work leg lifts and donkey kick moves. Great one to keep when you want to focus on my two fav areas glutes and abs. Compared to your last two online challenges, this is def one of the more challenging ab burner routines. LOVED it. Showed some areas of weakness in my weaker side for sure 😉 In summary- most of the routine you get your HR up with some Light cardio movement then with the extra challenge of the resistance bands in here, mainly glute focused work in the first 2/3s of this routine, then finishing with a dedicated burn on the mat for abs. Loved it. One I’ll come back to. 2.140

I was feeling a bit down but as soon as I saw Kit's video I knew I had to do it. My butt and abs are much happier now. I didn't have that little ball so I did them on my stability ball!
