thank you for the workouts! Ideally, for me, the best would be having all the exercises with one kind of weight (or colour) separated (e.g. first or last all the exercises with 18kg, the red colour, and then all the other exercises in "yellow" or "green"). I have only one set of adjustable dumbbells and I have to pause the video to have enogh time for switching weights. Anyway I love your channel: keep on with the good woek!
