I'VE DONE IT! It took about a million years, but here I am. It was hard but not as much as I was expecting it to be. Maybe I was so scared of the line up of exercises I didn't realize I've already finished routines as tough as this one and I was able to conquer it! RAAAAAAAAWWWRRR

Hi, found you by chance - enjoyed the workout! I'm 53 and in the UK. I did 5kg db on the snatches; 14kg on the kb swings and 8kg kb on the goblet squats....and I've subscribed. Thank-you. ☺

You've done a number of these EMOM but this is by far my favorite. Just the right number of reps and each move worked well with the other for a full body burn. And yes, thank you for no burpees!!

Hi I’m a human kinetics graduate and I thought this was a really good workout! It’s hard to find ones like these on youtube! I used a 20pounds DB for everything and did the push ups on my knees... hopefully I can become as strong as you are! Xx

I just have to say thank you for being you! I love how long your warm ups and cool downs are. And the fact that you don't advertise products in your workouts. Just did a leg workout with another youtuber and her cool down was half of what you do. I did not feel like cooled down at all. Anyways, keep up the good work! Love ya! Rawr!

Thanks! I had to do less reps this time. I only have a 16 kilos Kettlebell (I think its 36 pounds) so I did everything with that. Hope I can try another day and do them all!

This was so tough! In round 1, somewhere around the kettlebells, I was bargaining with myself and cutting reps etc... But by round four I was back up to full steam!!! Once I get half way I think - I CAN do this because i AM doing it! But - one concession - I gave myself a minute break after each set because my body is more used to training that way in my HIIT class staple. I’ll get there!!!
