Every Minute on the Minute - we're doing 5 Rounds of 5 different circuits! We'll start off with a warm up, go through the movements in our workout, crush 25 intervals total and then cool it down with a relaxing stretch!
I encourage you to go HEAVY with your weights as long as you can keep perfect form and challenge yourself with the active rest I give if you can do a little more! Let's get it, get it!

Just awesome. Tysomuch, Kat. 👏👊💪 Edit: OK, Kat. Day after this workout. My glutes are FEELING it!! Work was interesting today! Did an upper body workout instead of your live bc my booty needed a break! Also, a small victory for me, but a victory nonetheless. Round five, steady, fast tempo, all 10 pushups without stopping!! Huge!!! Seriously, girl, my strength and body are 🔥. I've been doing your workouts mostly still and I just can't help but give you credit. My results have been amazing all around. I'm on a Kat kick and I'm loving it!! You. Are. Awesome. 👏👊💪

This was so INSANE! I had to scale down the weight for the last 4-6 reps of shoulder presses from round 3 on, which makes me feel like crap, and also do 5 regula push ups and 5 on my knees except for round 5 which was all on my knees, and I am not really proud but... I could barely breathe and pushed through the very end, never stopped, never skipped reps so overall I'm very happy and concious I have a lot of work to do, motivated to kill it next time 💖 thank you Kat!

Valentina! There is nothing to feel crappy or not proud of! You PUSHED yourself by using heavier weights at the beginning and took care of your body and form by dropping the weight lower which was super smart and respectful to your body! 💜💜 A lot of people would stick with the same low weights but you didn't! Just know that you did AMAZING!! And that you can always come back to this to see how far you have come and how strong you are becoming! 🦁💕

Somehow missed this emom. Great sequence. Upon reading it beforehand I thought it would be easier than some of your other emom's. Nope, I was wrong. Those lunges by rounds 4 are killer.

Great workout completed in Dorset, UK. 5kg dumbbell used throughout. Angie, aged 53. P.S. You could try counting your reps by the months in the year, as opposed to numbers. That then wouldn't put people's own number counts out - just an idea. Thank-you

I was all gung ho this morning until round 3. I started doubting myself. But I shut my mind and just listened to your voice and then realized, I was halfway through round 4. the last round I continuously told myself I could do it, and before I realized, I was done! Thank you for always being so positive!! I also like the harder workouts on Mondays! Makes everything after seem easy(ier)!

This was my first workout in over a month and a half. Woof that was a rough one to come back to! I loved every second of it though. Now to stick with it so that I can lose some of this baby weight and get back to where I was. I'll be dying doing your workouts at home until I come back to the gym.

Hi Kat! Loved this workout - limited with dumb bells while I'm at my parents place so I did 1 leg deadlifts & my knees were crickle-crackling like nuts today (just noise, no pain!), I heard that's natural - what do you think? It comes & goes...

i think I used 15lb and 25 lb dumbells! Use the weights that are best for you that challenge you while also allowing you to keep perfect form! 🤗💗
