Every Minute on the Minute - we're doing 5 Rounds of 5 different circuits! We'll start off with a warm up, go through the movements in our workout, crush 25 intervals total and then cool it down with a relaxing stretch!
I encourage you to go HEAVY with your weights as long as you can keep perfect form and challenge yourself with the active rest I give if you can do a little more! Let's get it, get it!
