I love how this workout doesn't focus so much on quads unlike almost every other "full body" workout on youtube. I like to work my legs separately from the rest of my body and it gets tough when all other exercises rely so heavily on some form of squat. With this one I feel my whole body burning, not just my thighs. There's also a reasonable amount of rest between exercises and I have no need to pause for water breaks. I'm glad I found your workouts!

Hi Heather, this is going to be a long “thank you” letter so bear with me. I found you mid-pandemic, when I was feeling low: mentally, physically drained, unmotivated, flabby mom, gaining weight, and depressed. I have tried other work-out videos but I was drawn to you. You kept it REAL. You NEVER talked about yourself, or about weight-loss, or diet, or spoke during the work-out because as someone who suffered from body dysmorphia, it can be triggering. I try to never weigh myself or else I’ll go back to being bulimic or anorexic. You are a constant friend and companion. Just you being there, unjudgmental , doing your stuff, is enough. I love when I can see in your face that the work-out is hard. So therefore, I thank you. Thank you for always giving various workouts when I’m not feeling so strong, or tired, short ones also makes me feel accomplished that day. The music rocks, and YOU rock, you are solid. I tried this same workout about a month ago (was only able to follow 60% of it) and fell in love with Heather's workouts. I have been doing a lot of her workouts lately and today I came back to this one. 100% done! Love you Heather!

I have been doing this 5 days a week along with running or walking everyday and I am so happy with the results. This is such an amazing program to work hard on basic total body exercises! I love this!

This is one of my favorite longer cardio workout. I love the alteration between cardio/abs bc it gives me a little break when we're doing "abs" from the cardio spurts! Total active cal 320 highest HR 165. Thanks Heather!

I fiercely HATE floor abs exercises. I just can't enjoy them no matter what. But I managed to get through the first ab circuit and half of the second ab circuit. Thanks for another great workout, Heather. I'm also putting in a request for standing abs workout :)

Did you do it every day for 2 month ? I don’t even have the motivation for every 3 days because of school I’m so tired when I come how at 7pm, the still homework until 9pm, then dinner, then I try to do this workout at 10pm but it’s too late and still have to shower how do you have time ??

Just love your workouts.. you make me do things I didn't think I could do.. I hit 60 and while I have always worked out, my stamina wasn't there.. but you have gotten me back on track.. I did a star jump! my first look was like there is no way I can do that for 45 seconds.. but I did.. Thank you thank you!

One of my favourites! -not repetetive like other HIIT workouts -tries not to target the same muscle in a row -changes it up with different forms of jumping to make it more fun -effective in raising my heart rate throughout the workout and was challenging throughout

I needed a change from my usual workouts, and I’m glad I found this! It was challenging and really worked the whole body! I think my form needs some work in some of the ab workouts but that is something that I can work on over time. Thank you for such a thorough workout! :)

I just started working out with you Heather and I loved this! It was super sweaty but manageable with some parts being super hard (star jumps aren't jumping jacks apparently!) I burned 250 calories according to my apple watch - 5ft8 and 56kg for reference. Pretty good for 45 mins! Thank you! xx

the workout is absolutely fantastic. sweat is dripping though managed to do all the exercises without pauses (it's rare). futhermore I get not only physical satisfaction from your workouts but also aesthetic! love you for that💋

I LOVE this video, I do it often! Great calorie burner and ab workout (my Apple Watch says 332 active/405 total calories burned). I’m 5’9” and weigh 145 for reference. I wish heather would do more videos like this that alternate sets between cardio and a specific body part or muscle group.

This workout kicked my ass in the best way! Love the format of your videos and the minimal background. Having a timer and preview of the next moves with large text gives me the option to play my own music in the background and still keep on track with the routine. I love doing these kinds of workouts and never getting sore (and before people just and say I’m not doing it right) It’s actually the water that I drink. I recently switched the brand of water I drink and this has made all the difference. Please comment if you are even the least bit curious 😉😊

I love this workout, but I almost didn’t sweat and I feel like I did nothing, I did all the exercices intensely, Would there be a harder workout ? I’ve tried a lot and at the end I always feel like I was doing my homework

I so love these workouts as they have helped me so much on my journey..... Sidenote: Heather reminds me of actress Leslie Mann!!! I almost thought Heather was Leslie's super serious, sexy alter ego 😁😁😁

Heather your workouts are seriously amazing! Thank you for putting these together. I discovered your videos these past few weeks in quarantine and have been doing a new one every day. I am always always drenched in sweat after! I know it is working well because I am sore every morning!
