Not usually a fan of AMRAP, but loved this one! Appreciated the two moves per round instead of 8 or 10 as a big round.

HOLY 🍌🔥!!!! I’m finally trying this OMG workout, ITS SO AWESOME! I used my 12lbs dumbbells and my 20 lbs kettlebell! I can’t believe how strong you are! You speeeeeeed through the moves, how?!😂😂. I don’t usually workout in the morning, but today I didn’t have a choice and I love it!! I feel so accomplished already. Thanks so much for another amazing workout, amazing coaching! 🤩🙏🏼

Liked the format and the options but felt it was too disorganized for me. Maybe I will try the format but not a live class next time.

Thanks so much for the feedback, Suzanne!! I knew this one was going to be kind of hit or miss when I was writing it but wanted to test the format...but it is a lot going on! Most of our live workouts follow timed interval circuits so they're more straightforward!
