Hi Lindsey, some of my comments are going to have to be in my country's slang. I am living in Jamaica. This is going to be a little long. I am 49 years old and did heart surgery in 2014 for a birth defect. I have never been able to really exercise with intensity. I usually exercise on and off but this February I decided to do some of your workouts and really enjoyed them. I was thinking of trying something new this month based on youtubers. I decided to do this one today, however and holy bananas, I loved it. You brought me back to the fold. I couldn't do the scissors kicks but made it through everything else. Thank you for believing in us you have made me feel as if I can do anything in 10 seconds. My 25 year old saw me doing one of your exercises and said "wha mummy a so you a gwaan, dem exercise deh hard enuh" (patois). I know chances are you don't understand what that means but I felt so proud of myself. You had me saying "Lindsey man" when you came with something hard, gas in the tank I was running on fumes. Thank you soooo much. God bless you and yours. Sorry for the length.

I did this workout when it came out and didn't even try the ninja jumps. I did it again today and did them!! I still can't get the scissor kicks down (not that coordinated!! haha) but I cannot believe I did those jumps! Feeling stronger every day.

That was TOUGH! 🔥 A friend once gave me an amazing piece of advice, it was ‘just keep showing up’. He said that sometimes, when he went to the gym, he’d just have a coffee and not train. It didn’t matter because he kept in the habit of going to the gym. I practice this in everything I do. Now, if I don’t feel like working out, I give myself permission to only do half the workout but, 9 times out of 10, I finish it. Just getting my workout gear on and ‘showing up’ is enough. I started this workout yesterday and only got through the first set. Today I’m back and I nailed it! Thank you girls for your motivation and energy. Much love to you and the team! ❤
