You must be tuned into my brain, I have been doing your walk workouts on my rebounder for a month because I have a foot injury, walking on the floor causes pain at this point, and the softer surface of the rebounder makes it painless. I locate my favorite PE video and jump on the rebounder and get busy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping us motivated to put one foot in front of the other.

Paul Eugene, I just love you. Thankyou. Bob just retired as a physician and you can Google the telegraph journal article on him “longest serving doctor retires in NB”. He is 89. He said his patients were his “friends” which is unreal dedication in today’s system. His favourite Island to visit was Barbados - he loved the people and would always help them with any medical needs. You have made his day encouraging him to rebound. His neurons are failing. We don’t know why. Thanks Paul for giving him a shout out. You have a friend forever. I just broke my foot and am doing your chair workouts. We love your positive outlook. Bob is eating healthy and doing lots of your rebounding workouts to survive. Thank-you from the heart. His daughter Lisa. ❤ 💜
