I really love this workout!! The workout was planned perfectly and I managed to sweat a lot. Also, the interaction between you guys make me feel like I am working out with friends which is just great. I don't feel lonely at all. LOVED IT SO SO MUCH!!!! 💖💖💖

I believe I can fly too! Great workout... the 1st 10 minutes was rough...but after pushing... I made it to the end non-stop. Thanks again for a great workout.

Just finished this and I'm dying!!!! but loved it, especially the hacky sack! but I have one question: it's best to vary the videos or follow always the same video? I've been doing 3 or 4 of the 30m or so videos but I don't know if I should just stick to one... thanks!

Love the workout sessions. Considering I’ve crossed into my 6th decade and I work out with a personal trainer for core strength training, I find the need to keep fit even doubly important as one gets older. It’s also hard to find motivation when one trains by themselves so that one does not get bored with the same routines day in and day out. My trainer who works for a large Montreal (Canada) training outfit has approved your training routine for me to do, the 3 days that I don’t train with her. Thank you for the videos and keep them coming.

올블랑 보면서 운동한 지 거의 50일이 지났는데 생각보다 좋습니다! 예상했던 성과 1. 온라인 체스 승률 5% 증가(운동을 시작한 목적 중 하나)(3% 늘어도 대단한 업적입니다) 2. 체중 3kg 증가(마른 게 콤플렉스라서 하루에 다섯 끼도 먹어 본 사람이니 괜찮습니다) 3. 수면의 질 향상 4. 공부의 능률이 증가 뜻밖의 성과 1. 최고음정이 한음 높아짐(근력 증가 때문으로 추정) 2. 피부가 좋아짐(땀을 많이 흘렸기 때문으로 추정) 3. 아침에 침대를 벗어나는 데 걸리는 시간 10분 단축(수면의 질 향상 때문으로 추정) 4. 정신 건강이 좋아짐(신체가 건강해졌기 때문으로 추정)

That happened to me when I started working out after a long period of time, I couldn't control my movements completely throughout the workout. You gotta keep practicing but keep in mind that you have to make your body parts stay in a certain position ( which makes the exercise harder ) . It's gonna get better as soon as you get used to practicing the right way.

11may..i lost 2045 calories since morning to the last minute of exwrcise...so that would be 511 calories for the duration of exercise spent exercising.

I like how he associated Jack with the sound and I have the thinking that jumping Jacks name is from the kids game playing Jacks. Then when I realized the one workout was Hacky Sack LOL. I love how it's both kind of kids game related....also that my mind just wandered thinking about this instead of thinking I was working out and then BOOM, it was over.

Same 😂😂😂 though, what helped me might help you. After these kind of exercises ( the next day ) I did lighter ones ( so I would keep up with it without hurting myself ). It was like hard-medium-easy ( day 1, day 2, day 3 ).
