Love split workouts and this one had some great moves that I really enjoyed! It definitely went by quickly and I had a lot of fun! 🤩

Wow, LOVED this one, Amy! I am so pleased to report moves I did not previously have the strength for (side plank rotation and plank to elbow), I can now do!!! Thank you so much for all you do!

Personal win: I was able to fully execute the plank-side lift-twist multiple times. I’m sorry but I’m super impressed with myself. Sticking with BFBA is paying off!! These circuits required so much concentration and helped me not focus on counting reps 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Incorporating some fly work really shook things up. Thank you, Amy!
