Omg, this is awesome! I have a really cheap knockoff 360 cam and I'm wondering if I can do stuff like this with it... Ad a matter of fact, I might look into gutting it to see if, without the case, it could be integrated on a quadcopter more easily. Then, i guess, I'll have to figure out how to convert the file on the camera to a format usable on other devices. Guess I have some research to do. Pointers very welcome. If OP sees this comment, when I panned around, it appeared as if there was a display mounted on the wing, but it looks kind of 2 dimensional to me. Is that overlaid on the video or is there a physical display mounted on the wing?

What are the control rates for the elevator and aileron? Is it 1/2 inch for both?
