I think I understand why there was a dragon included in this update… right so last year we got a major teaser in the summer event about the people being transformed into Oceanids by the hydro archon, which gave an idea about the story of Fontaine. This could mean that in Nathan we are going to fight the Pyro Dragon Sovereign or a random dragon.

You’re definitely on to something and the one before the bottle summer event it was about a machine mimicking an archons power of dream. Plus at the end even nahida spoke to us. Then the first ever summer event it included many inazuma details from the shipwreck to the boss on the island.

When Hat Guy fell into the hole with Durin, the other just talked casually. Even when Kirara asked about the person who fell, no one cared about them. At that moment I felt like I was not playing Traveler anymore because I got so worried about them, I was not Aether.

I wish the traveler would worry about wanderer a little more. Although I understand that it is not easy for her/him to show kind feelings to him after all that he has done. But it seems that she still sees his personal growth and inner feelings. I love wanderer and I really want him to finally be happy and find friends. And for him to talk to his "mom" in the end. I'm waiting for their family reunion😢

Tbh, the Traveler shouldn't need to worry about him, he has fought that guy before, and he's more than capable of dealing with anything. And for the Raiden stuff, it would be interesting to visit that topic. Wanderer should have realised by now, what was going through Raiden's head at that time. He was just a failed experiment, yet was given a chance to live instead of being destroyed. He was fairly content too before getting manipulated by Dottore, so it's pretty interesting to see what they're going to talk about.

Durin's boss fight cutscene looked so interesting! Almost forgot this was genshin i was watching because of all the colourful toy-likee obstacles. Also, seeing how wanderer understood Durin's pain because it's so similar to his just made me tear up. I love our hat guy so much.

i like to see how far Wanderer has come with how he reacts to someone whos been through the same thing he has. im sad that the leaks betrayed us and they gave us a nilou skin instead, this was clearly Wanderer’s story from the beginning. but alas they decided nilou would make more money for them, even if she was just an extra this time. i wish that they either did nilous story fully or made a Wanderer skin for this story. because itll be unlikely that either would get the other in the future. its disappointing for both nilou and wanderer fans.

I wouldn't be surprised if Albedo is part of Alice's scheme. The fact Albedo always visits Dragonspine to paint means Durin is the only considered "family" member he can always visit, knowing his corpse is what remains there.

To me, it feels like the main quest is mostly just laying out more groundwork for the Hexenzirkel, while the world quests are providing most of the Natlan foreshadowing.

@@thebidge Durin brought disaster to Mondstadt and cause many people deaths during its lifetime, the deaths also included Signora's husband (reason why Signora hated Venti and fallen into Fatui), In 4.8 event Durin reincarnated as a cute baby dragon said these actions were unintentional...? Genshin story writer seems want to write a redemption story but failed in my opinion
