Back-up for the tensioner bolts come pre-installed as OEM downpipe bolts at back of the stock exhaust manifold. 👍 M10x1.5 thread with 13mm hex

For the passender side cv you can use a pry bar from under the car. Worked on my 2002. Theres a video on my page showing how.
