It's an interesting style! The kitchen is small, and there's some unused space inside the entry. Perhaps this part of the plan could be reconfigured. The upstairs bedrooms both have the luxury of ensuite baths with separate tubs and showers. This concept has potential.

Plan looks nice but is not implementable. No HVAC closet, where do you put the hot water heater? Modern homes now need to meet air tightness standards and thus need mechanical ventilation. Where do you put the ERV or HRV in the plan? Don’t say the basement given not all regions easily support a basement. Did not see a simple coat closet anywhere?

Nice floor plan but I would feel isolated from guests when cooking. Taking the wall down by the dining area would make the kitchen galley and open floor plan. The laundry room needs to be flipped with the bathroom for dryer venting. Otherwise, this home could be quite comfortable for 6 or even 8 people.

Mm.. nope. I watch many similar projects, this one is not convincing. Neither the style nor the plan.
