Hey Cris! Just a heads up, an 18hour fast is a bit extreme, not sure how long you been doing it successfully - but I wouldn't personally approach a healthier lifestyle like that. Since May 2024, I've lost 45+ lbs, and have adapted pretty well to keeping care of my health. Things I would reccomend: - clear 7-10K steps a day, - track workouts, start weight training!!! - intermittent fasting: cut off your food intake at 9pm rather than 6pm OR cut off food 3-4 hrs before bed. - calculate your TDEE and create a realistic calorie deficit that you can following daily. Theres tons of sites online that provide splits on proteins, fats and carbs - so its customizable to what you want. - track your macros, this was IDEAL for me losing weight - As i dont consider a day to cheat or a cheat meal, if this burger fits my macros its completely fine, as long as I have counterbalanced the other foods im consuming throughout the day to make room for it.

My only issue with the lantern casting, is that we won’t have all the earth lanterns together. John Stewart wasn’t my introduction to the GL but I don’t hate the character either. Just the fact that Hal won’t be part of the movie side kind of burns

Absolute Batman is peak! its such an interesting and fresh re-imagining of the character, it feels like the Batman franchise has some creativity being re-imbued into it. I love when comic artist actually CHANGE their characters origin stories, after all they're alternate versions FOR A REASON, give them some alternatives to how the stories went! Dont just slap a new paint job and art style onto the same character an call it a proper variant. Absolute Batman FEELS like a different Bruce, but hes also very much still BATMAN, he just needs to work 10x harder to get there. The blue collar worker turned crime fighter really hits home for me as someone whos grown up in a family of HVAC workers for sure!

I think a little bit of the problem with transformers is a lot of the audience grew up with the michael bay movies, and they are way more mature and maybe they see animated movie and think child and step back and want more gritty, so they don't even give it a chance. I kind of was one when it was first announced that it was going to be animated more for children. I was bummed, but the movie actually turned out to be great

So JJJ gets his daily bugle internet site back up, but then hires peter Parker to take pictures for him while also hiring scorpion to create news for him while going after Spider-Man. Meanwhile kingpin hires hammerhead to go after Spider-Man who defeats him after scorpion roughs him up and kingpin says to new york, "look at all the damage this fight caused! Is this who you want protecting your city? As mayor I will put swat level security guards on every street corner.!" And he does just that, except those security guards are secretly mafia thugs. Vulture comes in, they fight, but then team up to provide evidence against both JJJ and kingpin. At the very end of the film, Peter's 2 and 3 show up and grab Peter 1 to take him through the portal to the multiverse. (And if not vulture bring in Venom for the same story role).

25:10 middle-aged Batman makes sense though because brave and the bold is supposed to be about Batman and Damien which means dick Jason and Tim have already been in the picture It wouldn't make sense for him to be relatively young but still have had Dick Jason and Tim and maybe even Barbara in the bat family James got is already said his bat family is already been established so it would make sense for Batman to be in his late '30s to mid-forties that way you have Dick Grayson being at least early to mid-20s maybe Jason being late teen too early twenties and then maybe Tim being around 15/16 so that way Damien could be around 10 years old 13 years old around
