3D Printer Repair! Stepper driver, terrible noises, misalignment, and more!

Ok have to know did you ever get it fixed. A thought you may have been able to pull pulley off re drill hole and re tap. with larger set screw. Probable does not help now.

Thanks for commenting! I did end up getting it fixed, there's another video in the channel talking about it. The difficulty of finding those parts made me give up and convert it all to brand-new GT2 belts and pulleys. The conversion worked great! It's been a bit of a mixed bag since - it's a workhorse, to be sure, but it's old and has seen many, many hundreds of hours of printing. I'd like to do a full tune-up soon but time is at a bit of a premium!
