I can see this being very practical in the car community, where hard to find interior plastic parts can be made.

I got my X1C with AMS this week. It's just a game changer. All my time with it has been spent printing instead of tinkering.

A Bambu printer reignited my passion for 3d printing as well. For years I used a heavily modified ender 3 pro but got sick of tinkering and unreliable prints. I bought an A1 Mini I caught on sale and it's been smooth sailing since I got it. All my printers going forward will be Bambu. Once the full size A1 comes back in stock I'll be grabbing one for sure.

My brother bought the X1C and I was looking for info on the printer to find out if I wanted to get into 3d printing and came across this video. It has always seemed too finicky and I didn't want to just print trinkets. This video was very informative. I am definitely getting into 3d printing.

Since launch, has it continued to make significant software and hardware improvements or is it fairly minor and stable?

Thanks for the review, love your videos. I would like some more info from your experience with it. I have a PruseaMini+ and it's been gathering dust since it last got clogged. I seem to spend equal time fixing it as I do printing and I just got so tired of it. I have some concerns with the Bambu X1 though. 6:15 - From other reviewers, the camera is: 1) low quality, slow bitrate (agree/disagree?), 2) at so low an angle it is useless for the user to get a good view for larger prints, 3) the spaghetti detection feature doesn't work correctly. Have you had the spaghetti detection work? 6:48 - It is not looking for slop/play, it is doing a resonance scan. It has active dampening so when it runs faster it gives better quality prints. (7:23) Some people complained that it has to do the calibration before every, single, print, even when you print the same file right after another. And that the whole startup sequence takes 5-10 minutes each time. Is this true? 9:32 - FYI, with their system, you can have that much or even more poop from a smaller print. See Michael's video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmS9eoBposqaf7c. 14:20 - Does your school have any concerns having to always be connected to Bambu's servers? All of your prints are first saved on their server before you print them. P.S. - The new KZbin layout is terrible for reading comments.

I own a small machining shop I run out of my garage. I bought this printer so I could expand because I think this is a market my area could utilize. Thanks for the info I look forward to getting my printer soon.

Just order one of these. This is my 8th printer. I love Flashforage printers but I think this will change the game for me. I do printing for my hobbies! Good video. Looking forward to more! Where can I find the stl for that engine block?

Just have lots of spare parts or 2 of the same printers, if you have an issue, you put a ticket in and it could be 5 days a week or more waiting to hear back

You should look into recycling the "poop". Love the videos and I'm still jealous we never got to use the x1 when I was there.

@@ThatTechTeacher427it's not going to waste, it will be burned in a plant for energy. A filament DIY or not machine costs a lot, gives issues, lower quality filament, and so on. And oh the time it takes.

The only thing I don't like about the camera setup is that it sends all your printing information to bamboo labs. The lack of privacy is really the only thing I don't like about it. Other than that it is fantastic

Iphone of 3d printers, like Android dont work, people say things are the iPhone of that thing because it's premium or a lot more expensive or the packaging is clean and premium

They sent you that x1c for free for this review didn’t they 🧐 Because they are other printers just as capable but you shut the door on them completely 🤣

This review would have been much better if you demonstrated how the printer actually works, rather than just talking about it. Was it even plugged in? 😉

Another useless commercial by someone selling out his dignity to get a free printer. "Wow RFID print inputs.". Yeah my laser printer has the same DRM garbage in it. It's not a good thing, but hey, you gotta sell your free printer to keep the handouts going. This is when you know a channel has jumped the shark. Next you will be reviewing portable battery packs.. yawn it was good while it lasted.
