Question- When vegetables are referred to, are grains/pulses included or just leafies/root? Thank you

I feel that comment at 25 mins. I struggle to put my food on a plate and make it easy and tasty and repeatable. If you have any tips to help me get my 5 veg in please send help :)

I need to find or build a tracker that shows just Calories and protein*. Intellectually I know carb:fat ratio isn’t that important, but it’s hard for me to see a target and not want to hit it. * or even just protein, see how well the leveraging thing works for me.

With everything i`ve read for all the years i came to the conclusion that macros must be like this: Protein 1.5 - 2 x BW Carbs - for muscle building 4-5 x BW, if you are endurance athlete 6-8 x BW Fats - 1 - 1.5x BW BW is in kilograms.
