Just now able to watch, I have been processing my jumbo Cornish Cross processed 14 yesterday and today I am pulling them from ice water and cutting up and vacuum sealing . Boiling backs and canning broth and vacuum sealing that meat to add to soups. Still have 13 more but they are getting done next weekend geez I am tired but glad to have my year of chicken meat.
