I’m trying the diet the castle one it’s hard when stoped all meats that’s the only thing I miss but I did lose weight it’s coming off just in 5 days I stoped allot could be water even if I taken water pill not this much has come off so I doing protein shake 2 and one soup vegtables like keto ones and it’s helping ( now to conquer the snacking ) not cheated yet but newer perspective to keep going I lost 50-75 gained back 36 in a year so back to losing
