I've had a look at your video thumbnails and im gonna compare them to other big skyblock youtubers as i can tell that there is something off about yours.

You need shaders for the thumbnail background. Blur the background and add white boarders to whatever the main things are like highlight the ender man with a vibrant white boarder for ones involving him. Use texture packs for the items in the thumbnails. You also need to have more click bait thumbnails or bold thumbnails for example add an over exaggerated amount of hours to how long it took you. Also don't always just straight up say the number of items you drop add ??? Or something to tempt the watcher to click on your video.
