What happens to the air once it pushes the piston down? I'm not seeing an exhaust of any kind. how do you avoid the piston compressing the air on the upstroke and slowing the engine down?

how do I connect rods with the pistons? I don't know what method to use to reduce friction

I've connected them "as is", without any friction reducing, but I believe you can try to use graphite powder

Just shade it with pencil on piston and apply tape to cylinders inner side

How make paper Rolls for pistons and other parts???

A strip of paper should be bent in a ring on some strong (for example metal) cylinder. Then next strip of paper should be bent and glued to wrap previous one - and so on, until necessary thickness will be achieved

Igor Overchuk , yes sizes shold be fine if you'll print on A4 paper. There are no plans for v6 and v8 models.
