how do you balance the ball on your laces, shit looks so cool but i struggle with it

Good question! It’s really about focusing on making your foot a cushion for the ball and bringing your foot down with the ball so that it lands on your foot really softly. It takes a lot of practice but if you work on it enough you’ll get it!

@@FootyMadeEasy i can do it pretty consistently now! not from like mad high up but at a decent height, i just need to know how to flick the ball up more consistently so i can do keep ups without dropping it (i've never played football before rlly i just got a ball a months ago and have been wanting to try give it a go, idk how to get into a team my lvl tho)
