60 yo woman here, just beginning to flow 👋 I've done yoga for quite a few years, and I love it, but I have been looking for something additional that feels like it will be protective and offer even more enhanced mobility as I age. Very nice videos thank you. How would you start training this type of bodywork after knee injurie, and still not able to bend the right knee more than halfways?
