Good morning Alberto, such a delicious way of making fresh tapas. They are always most welcome. The ingredients are rich and flavoursome so we don't have to eat too many. Merry Christmas and happy New Year's to you and your loved ones. Can't wait for all the fab recipes you will be sharing this season. This was a goodie. My daughter mixed cream cheese and goat cheese and used it to place on medjule dates then took honey, rosemary and cayenne pepper and mixed it and warmed it and drizzled it over the tops of the stuffed dates. Wowsa, it was good.

By any chance, do you have a video with chorizo al vinto tinto? I've been craving it and would also like to add that to the tapas along with your patatas with aioli, tortilla espanola. Can we eat anchovies raw like that without cooking, melting them? They have tiny bones, how can we eat them without melting the bones? Thanks.

These are canned anchovies in olive oil, ready to go right out of the can :) Much love
