The plank really works guys!! .. I've been doing it for a month now to get rid of that belly flop I got after giving birth.. I started doing planks for 30 seconds and barely made it thru at first, but now I can do it for 2 mintues and 30 seconds!! Can you believe that??.. Not only has that flop gone way down, but I'm also very proud of myself 😊😊

2 table spool of ACV in warm water or lemon & ginger green tea - 2 times, first thing in the morning & night before bed, simple cardio (running, cycling, rowing & recumbent bike) for 45 min (mon-fri), smaller portions of food, no sugar after 6 PM, I have tried this & still doing, I have lost 15 kg in nearly 3 months.

The plank really works! I started from 1 min and my plan is to do it 7 min in 25 days and I just reached in 2min and 30. see and today is the 6th day and i have already lost a lot of weight..!! You guys gotta try it, I'm just 11 so that's why I thought to do 25.

Dear Whoever, If u plan do trying 'the vacuum' out, just know that you dont have to hold your breath. Ive been doind this since last year, and its helped a lot. And from my experince, you dpnt have to hold your breath.

For beginners, when you first start doing leg raises and crunches that may be too difficult. Start by first laying on the floor, as if you were going to do leg raises, then just raise your legs about 8" off the floor. Do this for a few seconds. When you think you can't hold your legs up any longer, hold them ten seconds more. Start with 3 reps. Do this for two weeks, holding your legs up a little longer each day and add 1 rep each day. At the end of two weeks start the crunches and full leg raises. You will be amazed at the difference in your abilities.

I downloaded a app to make me lose weight in 30 days and I'm progressing! On my 7th day now! It's really unhealthy for a 13 year old girl like me to be obese at 110 pounds ! Over the years I've tried to lose all that weight but because of the app I downloaded I'm lose weight everyday! Hopefully I reach my goal

Another handy way to make yourself stick with that diet is to be mindful while eating and the proven technique for that is chew your food properly. Chewing also helps you digest the food smoothly and reduces the work load on stomach which reacts to big chunk of food particle by secreting more and more digestive acids which is never good! So as a rule of thumb try to chew your every bite for about 30 times ( as opposed to your usual 10-15 times) and you will see magical changes in your weight loss journey. Peace!

Watching in 2020 and this video is helpful. I must admit, the planks, leg raises and crunches works wonders coupled with no sugar and little flour. I do that with intermittent fasting and I lost 25 lbs in 3 months. After the 3 mths, I went back to eating minimal sugar and flour and I continued to lose weight. Want to know exactly what I did???

Hula hooping also helps. If you get a weighted hula hoop and do it for 15 to 30 minutes a day it'll help. I lost a few inches off my waist doing it. I'm just looking to make it tighter. Thanks for the video!

Someone says that you cant do sit up nor crunches if you have a big belly, it will only create an abs muscle beneath the belly and make it looks a lot bigger

This is so true about holding your breath while laying on your back because I remember my mom friend had a baby and I remember my sister asked her how did she get her stomach so flat and I remember my mom friend showing us this technique, 👍

Love all those exercises have to put them on hold for now slipped on the ice with my husky and then again we fell down a flight iced steps onto the concrete and then I fell again coming up the steps by myself I hope we don't have much more winter

That’s not true man. Being healthy will absolutely help you be happier because you’ll have a better quality of life. You need to keep pushing yourself to improve yourself in life but know the things you can’t change. We should be proud of ourself if we lack the discipline to be healthy. And I struggle with this every day and am not in good shape. I’m just saying doing accept unhealthy habits.

If you wonder, why you are still hungry after eating, be aware that more food than you know includes "stevia", a sugar replacement that works almost like a drug. It tastes sweeter than usual sugar, gives your body the false information of recieving a high amount of sugar, while not getting any. Thus your enzymes for digesting the sugar get activated without getting the actual sugar. Consequence: You're sugar level seems decreased after eating, and your body tries to compensate with more hunger.
