Everytime you release a video (especially during nighttime) I cannot decide which is better, the actual shots or the b rolls ? Great work as usual Eren.

This showed up in my recommended videos, and I’m glad that happened! I’ve been making photographs for 63 years, and have never tried night photography other than telephoto shots of the moon, or mountain silhouettes. I too currently use a Fujifilm X-T5. What do you use for white balance? I use auto for daylight and existing light images, but with all the randomness of colors at night, I’m not sure how that would work. Thank!
@erenjam5 күн бұрын
Huge thanks Steve and Deb! So I usually shoot in Raw then correct the White Balance in Post, but if I do shoot JPEG, I usually let the camera set the White Balance as I'd need to change it constantly with all the different sources of Light at night.

@@erenjamThanks! I shoot in raw and jpg, but mostly fiddle with images in Apple’s photo app. I have Capture 1, but have yet to learn it well enough.

Great video Erin. What focal length and apertures do you find you shoot at most at night?
@erenjam6 күн бұрын
Thank you! I usually like shooting at 35mm at night , and anything up to f2.8 on fuji

@@erenjam 35mm so the 23mm F2 on Fuji? I have the new 16-50 F2.8-4.8 and toying with getting this lens, but not sure if it would basically just be duplicating what I already have ...
