Staying in our comfort zones isn't good for us. Here is how we can break free using Laughter Yoga to boost our creativity and happiness. Let's dive right in!

We all love our comfort zones-those familiar routines and safe spaces where we feel in control. But did you know that staying in your comfort zone for too long can actually be detrimental? Here’s why:
1. Stagnation: Comfort zones can lead to a lack of growth. Without new challenges, we don't learn or develop new skills.
2. Missed Opportunities: Staying comfortable means we might miss out on exciting opportunities that require us to take a leap of faith.
3. Reduced Resilience: Facing and overcoming challenges builds resilience. Avoiding discomfort can make us less capable of handling stress and adversity.
4. Decreased Creativity: Innovation often comes from stepping into the unknown and exploring new ideas. Comfort zones stifle this exploration.
