Amy I don’t understand some of the terms you are using. I’m brand new to weaving and wondered if you could suggest where to start. I have a heddle loom and bought an extra hole/slot (it’s name escapes me atm) but haven’t used it yet but winter is here.

I have a course as part of my membership it will take you step by step from Aspiring Traditional Weaver through to Competently Creative Weaver over 80+ videos over 5 modules. I'll be opening the membership in January 🙂 that's for rigid heddle weaving, if you are talking about inkle bands, I'll be posting more on them as well I'm new to that style of weaving so I'm sharing as I learn. Just realized I should ask, what type of loom do you have? 😁

@@AmyDMcKnight rigid heddle. I saw you posted some tutorials but gone before I could watch them. I was going to ask if you would consider providing them. I didn't know if you had a local class.... but I did go to your website and got the guides. I'll look at them once the loom is out again. There is something about the way you talk and/or demonstrate that allows me to understand quite well. Thank you for that.

That could possibly be my creative cloth challenge 😉 I'll be running the challenge again in January. I move them into my membership after it is over😉 at the moment, I am only doing online classes. My creative weaving course is online not in person 😉
