Depends. But for the most part low kicks are better with a flatter foot. Although weight is still on the ball of the foot.

It will get stronger over time. The pressure of the kick should be with the lower part of the shin, but the bag is wide and we do end up slapping the foot a bit. Over time you'll get stronger and it won't hurt anymore 💪
