Here is a 4 week home workout challenge for you to lose your belly fat and chest fat! Be sure to perform this challenge and follow the number of sets to be completed as stated in the description box below:

This is amazing! Luckily I do martial arts anyway so I’m having it easier that most people however it’s still hard nether the less but awesome workout man. Just on day 2 now and I’m definitely feeling the good changes

It is quite tough. I usually do 2 to 3 sets And after doing it for 3 weeks I can see the changes in my body and specially this exercises helped me to burn my belly fat.

After 1 month doing these exercise with 15 mints cardio I lost 12 kilograms of my weight, from 93 to 81. But you have to avoid high carb foods and also sweets to lose weigth. I didnt gain muscles but I lost weight. Week 1 - 1 set daily Week 2 - 2 set daily Week 3 til now - 3 sets daily.

I started this workout on 20 or 24th nov and i wasn't doing it regularly And in January i just lost my motivation and stoped doing workout But then i realized my mistake and when i saw my body i realized how much it affects me And now im trying to do ut regularly in my free time Its day three and i can again feel the same energy My abs are now Visible more than before Yeah maybe its not affecting my chest that much but i can still see changes in my chest

Day 1:hard painful exhausted but I'm going to the gym to do some more workout see you tomorrow. Day 2: this time just some exercise are hard but I completed everything Day:3 is not a lot difficult but it's hard Day 4:the exercises are no difficult that difficult anymore but I'm gonna still continue Day 6 7 8 The exercises are not difficult dk why but I think I'm on the correct way

Do this for 30 days Day 1 : Work out was so Intense almost gave up Day 2 : Same as day 1 Day 3 : Same as day 1 Day 4 : It’s kinda getting easier

Oh, im feeling like im fainting 😅 Well as of now its just #1_failed_day-1 attempt(didnt even get to do 50% of day 1) #2_failed_day-1 attempt(I was able to finish 1 set and was so excited, but second set felt like #1_failed_day-1 attempt) Day-1 finally was able to do 2 set Day-2 feels like a good 2 sets 😅 Day-3 😊 (I don't feel much on my chest as I feel on abs, I have doubts on my position while doing each exercise) Day-4

If u want to reduce weight then walk atleast 10 km a day
