1 day :- only upto russian twist ( fully exhausted) Day 2 :- done completey with full breaks 😢. Also drank sip off water. Took me an hour 😢 Day 3 :- completed fully with less breaks and haven't sip water also because of day 2 my body was in immense pain. I will keep you posted and about the changes so it does work ☺️ I have very very little but noticable changes. It will take me an week to fully recover my muscles from pain. Let's see what goes for day 4 Day 4 :- done, now its becoming easy but still difficult, i have not drank too much water and hence less efficient excersise. I accept my mistake and would never do that again. ( I have burnt around 25% waist) Its amazing 😍 Day 5 :- injured (accident) Day 6:- recovery from injury Day 7:- because of those 2 days i think i gained my weight again and workout was easy lets see tomorrow 😅 Day 8 :- done ✅ and i am getting power in my stomach area. I did all the way to 45 for flutter kicks 😂. Lets see day 9 Day 9 :- completed, friend told me, i am getting slimmed 😂. Day 10 :- done ✅. Greeting easier Review:- yes in 10 days i get some power to do more things. Now switching to legs workout along with this one and my weight is also reduced ❤ After 2 months again back because of increment in weight 😢 Day 1:- completed, exhausted, completed with full + 7 sec rests 😅❤ Day 2 :- omg hardddd

I've been using this routine for a year now, alternating it with simple exercises performed at home with weights and a strict diet. You won't need anything else to get great results! Kudos to The Gainz Center for this wonderful and very useful video!

Will be Doing for 50 days with regular diet(avoiding sugar as much as i can, not eating junk food , only homemade foods like rice, roti , pulses, etc) In the 15 seconds break i do take a long breath and breathe out 2 times to restore stamina (do this if you have less stamina like me) I am 14 years old and my body posture is messed up with neck hump , belly fat and outwards butt even though i don't eat much Day 1:- did belly fat excercise(side planks was hardest) in morning and in evening one other belly fat excercise, the hard exercises like side plank, flutter kicks,straight leg situps am not able to do properly . Day 2 - Woke up with immense body pain in the morning but still did the exercise and in evening at 4 pm did the other belly fat exercise , accidentaly after forgetting about diet i ate a chocolate ( consumed 7g of sugar) Day 3 - felt like my body was breaking , did 2 surya namaskar in the morning and stretched a little bit and did side jumps, high knees and butt kicks, in evening i wasn't able to do any excersise because i had pain in like literally everywhere - bones , muscles , joints. My hand pains even while editing this comment. Hopefully tommorow would be better Day 4( sunday) did 1 rep in morning 2 in evening , feeling much better while doing side plank , plank and mountain climbers starting to see a little bit of a change in my stomach , it feels light but it is probably due to consuming less calories , 1170 calories i consumed today Day 5 - Stopping this immediately , i got to know my body mass index is 19.9 and its just my body posture messed up so basic excercise and walking will solve this, Sorry , will give update on my physical work that i do through the day , actually I did this exercise today with body posture fixing exercise Day 6- 3km run on treadmill in like 20 mins Day 7- laziness Day 8- body posture fixing exercise , and this exercise 1 time Day 9 - cricket in the mroning for 2 hoursn, and you know its sunday sooooo , i ate a pizza yeah, and excercise this evening F***ed up for 1 week , ate a lotta sugar , didn't excersise too, will be continuing from today , now Day 10(after a week) did this Day11 - going on Day12 - hell yeah Day13 - Yes Yes Yes, am able to do 1 time only because of studies , currently in 10th , feeling very light today , day 14- done Day 15 - missed but played cricket for 2 hours Day 16- yes Slim already but not much noticable as I'm eating high calorie foods like rice and junkfoods , cake , icecream , etc(homemade ofc)

I do this exercise once a day based on my convenient time, I also top it up with a 5 km run daily which showed me the desired result.. I have shed around 24 kgs in 7 months time span

Last update- 20 Nov 2023 All right so I will updating in the comments my progress while doing this workout. 1 SEPTEMBER 2023 (10th day) I do it once in a day for now At DAY 10 there is no change in my body, visibly and also weight have only sightly reduced whereas the belly and thigh fat still remains also neck fat and chubby cheeks. BUT.. my body has become a lot flexible and stamina has improved a lot !!! to check my progress I check how many push-ups can I do. At day1 I could do 2 push-ups, now I can do 7 pushups, so there's a little change but no much. Also I take 45 seconds break after each exericse cuz I cant keep up with that pace but still I sweat a lot!! I have also working on my diet for a change I have reduced sugar intake and have meal only once in a day and light meal like soup or salad in night. 10 SEPTEMBER 2023 (20th day) At DAY 20, I've started to see changes in my body, I have lost a lot of body fat, seriously a lot of fat!!, I look slim, most importantly love handles are reduced to very good extent, cheeks have shrunk a little but I can see my jawline developing. Very little thigh fat have reduced, my shoulders have started to develop and also my arms have become stronger. My stamina have improved a lot. I have lost major amount of fat from back which is now making my body look slim sidewise. However, there are still few things which are not so developed, 1. neck is still fat which creates problem for proper face structure; 2. I have not seen much change in my belly region it still remains nearly the same, but now I can touch my head to knees without bending them; 3. thigh has also not seen much change. At DAY 15, I have increased the duration of each exercise 45sec to 1 min (for plank 45 sec to 1 min 10sec) while the duration of rest is still the same ie. 45 sec Lastly, Pushup count have reached from 7 on day 10 to 25 on day 20 !! 1 OCTOBER 2023 (40th day) Sorry, I had exams so I couldnt keep my status updated, I missed 10-14 days of exercise I m sorry about that, but now I am back, I will keep my self updated now. Since I missed many days so now progress that I can notice but I am now finding it easier and losing less stamina but yeah Pushup count has gone to 15 cuz I missed my practice but now I will come back on track. I've made no changes in my exercise routine same duration as it was on 10th sept 2023. 10 OCTOBER 2023 (50th day) Not much visible changes on my lower body but now face is getting slimmer and getting a perfect shape, love handles are started to reduce. Not many changes but family members have started to notice change in physique. That's a great motivation now!! Pushup count - 34 20 NOVEMBER 2023 (90th day) I have lost soo much weight aroung my waist my stomach dont buldge anymore. I have increased my stamina soo much that I can jog 6kms without getting tired. I have started morning jogs and I jog 8kms a day. My face has lot soo much fat it looks so good and jawline has started to develop. Love handles are still there. They have been reduced but still visible. And I am now hitting 2 mins of plank!! I can see my biceps developing not sure if it is bcoz of plank but I guess. I have started to meditate for 10 mins daily so get improved my mental condition at starting I didnt feel much changes but later my mind started to feel lightened and relaxed, I am much clamer person now. I'm still student but next year i'll hit gym too to get my body into proper shape. Pushup count- 40 I have been sincerely practicing this exercise which was suppose to be only for 10 days but I am doing it for almost 100 days now and I keep getting better. So always trust the process and results shall wait you around the corner.😊

I’ve lost about 15 pounds after about 2 months, doing this while keeping a strict diet and calorie deficit is a great combo. At first I rarely if at all went the full 45 for each one, and there were a few exercises like the straight leg sit ups that are basically impossible to do if you have no core muscle, so if you are just starting out do the ones you are comfortable with and focus on mastering them until you can do the 45 with ease, then try and work on the others. Keep strong, focused, and ignore the noise and distractions; focus on you, you are doing this for 🫵 not others

Day 1: Fully Exhausted, but did all of it. At the end i was fully exhausted, falling on bed and wanting to drink water. Day 7: Now I don't exhaust so easily and also the exercises have become more easy to do, but I have to mention that I still sweat so much in training. Maybe my stamina has increased a little bit, muscles have grown a bit,but not sure about fat loss.

Did this for the first time it sounds easy and so i tried. Then yeah i have passed it without stopping and just a few days it felt harder. After 2 weeks still doing this exercise and im in the verge of giving up but when I saw alot of motivation comments in this channel it gaves me strength and so my mind pulled me through my limits and I'm still continuing this exercise until now......IM sorry if my English bad I just wanna say you can do it and get beyond your limit Guyz your not alone!

Thank you very much this helped me out a lot. I was at the peak of giving up 2 years ago. When the quarantine started I got lay off work and I starting eating alot. So after a month and 18 days I checked my weight. I lost blazing 9.4KG, I was 75.3 before now I am 65kg. Thanks for the video helped me to return to my old weight. This workout is very effective only thing u have to do is keep motivated and dedicated don't skip even a single day no cheat meals follow strict diet and workout atleast 3 to 4 times a day for the results , and one more thing is don't take rest more than 15 secs between each excercise complete tye whole set and rest for 10-15 mins until u regain ur breath control and don't let ur body cool down. All the best for the beginner and keep working hard who already started..✌️

@@soulrepost5848 doing it 4 times ( 2 reps morning and 2 at evening) will give u the results very fast . And talking about diet morning I eat whatever is prepared at home but I eat less than 150 grams and 2 banana and a glass Orange or pomegranate juice. Afternoon I eat fruit or vegetable salad with some Cereals and 2 eggs ( egg white). Evening after workout (45 mins after) any fruit or fruit juice with no sugar ( eat only a small amount so tht u won't feel hungry and energy less untill ur dinner) night eat 2-4 wheat roti or a medium size ragi ball or oats and drink plenty of water. An average human requires 2500-2800cals per day. It's good if u do some research in Google about how much calories is required for u according to ur activities and keep the food intake with respect to that. I need 2700 cals per day. And my intake calorie is 1500-1700 per day.

Loosing 9kg in 20 days....it's not better for you,if u r working hard I need to cut your calories not as much..... calories deficit is must but not as much...minimum. Eat 1200 to 1500 calories for a men.....and loose weight max to max 3 to 4 kg in a month

Hello guys , I have 72 kg weight and i started the excercise from today And i will share my real change in weight and body per day because it's very important for many people DAY -1 I only done near Russian twist and getting very hausted and done about 25 sec of each exercise 😢 further i will update tomorrow DAY -2 DONE only near burpees 😅 Day -3 done 55% no change in weight but really sweat is just coming for long time DAY -4 near 85%

Thank you very much for these Workout! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! That's great! Be sure to complete 2 - 3 sets daily with a 5 minute rest between! Follow along with the exercises in the video and take 5 minute rest when the last exercise is completed. #neverevergiveup!!! we all can do it!! don't stop doing these exercises after you lose your fat, keep doing it forever, or else your body would be slim but not stronger, so keep doing it, do a 30 min or 15 min jogging, its good for health!!

Day 1, 33 years old. Had covid last month & gained 9 kgs to reach 95 kgs. Did some stretches n warm up with and without weights, some elastic rope excercises. Tried this, had to stop after plank, shortness of breath and dizziness (have been experiencing this post covid with any physical activity). Will do again tomorrow. To evryone who struggled with this, it's okay. Know your limits, try to surpass them by 1 rep everyday and don't give up. You will have an amazing body and feeling in two months. NEVER GIVE UP, KEEP COMING BACK!
