I have everything but a light lol what do you think of the manfrotto 290 light with the befree fluid head its my first decent tripod and i like the price of those lights! Im gonna look into that

i haven't personally used the manfrotto 290 but used something similar before.. they're good! lightweight and i mostly hear good things about the befree series including their fluid head.. definitely a good (albeit maybe expensive) place to start!

I actually just got an M50. It’s pretty nice! Your channel makes me miss my Panasonic gear. I feel like I’m cheating on It. Lol Honestly, my Panny gear ain’t going no where. I have a GH3, GX1, GX850, and several lenses. I just wanted a small travel camera with an APS-C sensor. Anyhow... cool channel!

thanks man and nice to meet another panasonic person! how do you like the gx850 by the way? I always thought i might pick one up but never had the chance to test it in person... does it make a dramatic difference when traveling vs a gh3?

The GX850 is nice! The IQ is really good. My only gripe is that it’s really easy to change the settings on accident via the screen. I actually usually travel with both the GH3 and the GX850. The GX850 serves mostly as a selfie cam for me and my wife. It’s a highly capable camera on its own. I just prefer a viewfinder when taking pix.
