All right, all right, 10 mins in and I'm like 'I got this', 20 mins in and I'm DYING!!! I could not finished it, but I gave those 35 minutes my maximum. Happy I did. Next time I will smash it whole! Thanks for this routine.

I found myself can do more and more all standing w jumping exercise in Eleni's workouts... Besides my thighs really grow much stronger after following Eleni 2yrs, the workouts design w some "affordable jumping" (to me) let me enjoy this kind of workouts as well. Thanks a lot! 🥰🥰🥰

That was a sweaty routine Eleni. I managed some of the easier balance exercises. I didn't attempt to touch the floor while standing on one leg, but managed to balance for most of the 40 seconds. Must be a sign of some improvement. Looking forward to your next class.

Great one to get in some fun cardio the day after strength training! 😊 Sometimes in this kind of workout videos, the moves are too complex for me so I can't keep track & just get frustrated... Laugh all you want, but I just never took any interest in, like, dancing & stuff 😅 But this one worked really well for me! 😍Not too complex but still lots of variety to keep things interesting! 💚Some balance work sprinkled in too which is so beneficial! 🙏

I love your exercises, i had caeserean section 3 years back, which lying down exercises still brings some pain to my C-section area, your work out motivated me and your steps are all good and makes work out less painful for me..
