I have to be honest and say I skipped this work out on the day it was scheduled however I can't claim to do the program if I'm going to skip a workout because I don't feel like doing it... So here I am doing it today and it was outstanding! I went so fast and the variety was out of this 🌎. Thanks. I'm back on track and have completed all workouts you have released.

This was one of the most hardest workouts are ever completed. Super sweaty highest HR 170bpm nearly had heart attack. You did not seem to struggle one bit Vera. Made it look so easy. Thank once again for all your hard work.

This was super tough, and I loved it. I definitely paused a extra times, but I was proud to have bumped up my weights. My lower body strength is improving, as is my grip strength. I’ve been really impressed with all the workouts so far this week. Thank you Vera!

Thank you so much, Deb! You are doing great! Taking breaks is definitely ok - I have to take breaks too! Grip strength is something I struggle with as well, so I try my best to alternate between different grip styles, especially during leg days when we hold heavier weights.

That burnout was killer! Loved the workout! I noted how neutral your face stays and how crazy mine must look 😆😆. I don’t know how you do that. So happy to see 🐈 at the end. I think we all consciously wait for her to appear! I was feeling disappointed until the quick sighting right before the ad before burnout! Wow that was not what I was expecting I watched it last night to preview and thought oh boy, won’t be an easy one. I could only watch while I used my elliptical 😊. I don't think my burn was as good but it will suffice. We continue to get & stay strong . Thanks again Vera!! 💛💪

Hope you check with your doctor or PT regarding exercises that are safe for you. There’s sadly a perpetual stereotype that certain exercises are bad or not safe - but that’s entirely untrue. If we don’t use our knees, the joints don’t get lubricated, leading to further damage/deterioration. Everyone’s circumstances are unique, but hopefully you can give some of the exercises a try with your doctor’s approval 🤍

@@VeraLaRo I have spoken with them both and was directed to stay away from all squats, lunges, kneeling exercises,running and even walking. If I go walking for even 30mins, my knees hurt for days. 😔 I did a meniscus surgery 2yrs ago and because I have less meniscus for shock absorbing I have to lessen the pressure I put on them they say. I have tried in the past to do the squats & rear lunges and I don't know what caused this but my knees would just buckle under me anywhere 😔. Since I stopped I have had no issues & they recommended the elliptical. It's also an elliptical & recumbent machine.

Enjoyed this one so much. It flew by ! This was an efficient one. Basic effective exercices, good repetition to burn target muscles and intense like we like it. We are all crushing it !!! Good job to all of us but specially to Vera for these daily details ! One question. During the last exercise I believe, the side raise with booty band, is I t normal for me to feel the burn in the opposite leg towards I’m the end ?? I did feel the burn in the working leg but being on one foot, I felt it more on the other leg that’s why I don’t know. Thank you for everything though 💜

So glad you enjoyed it! I would try slow narrow stance squats, slow heel elevated narrow or regular squats. The reverse Nordic curl is a primarily quad dominant exercise, so those should be good substitutions 🥰💪
