Vera... I went from a size 10 to a size 4 in just 5 freaking weeks of doing your program. I can't freaking believe this. I have been lifting, cycling, and doing weekly athletics since college and have never been this lean. What drew me to you is that I was tired of all the loud, "puuuuush!! go!!!!" kind of workouts I've done my whole life. Everything is always yelling and high intensity anymore. Even in cycle class, which I've been doing since 2007, coaches are always yelling "goooo!!!' I got so tired of all the "force" and intenseness of pretty much every fitness program I've ever been in. I recently started looking for heavy lifting at home that felt more like being in yoga class. Stress free, chill, focused lifting. I searched for that on KZbin and found you! I couldn't be happier! I think removing the STRESS, coaches yelling, and FORCE from fitness and lifting may have been the magical factor that has suddenly made my body sing and drop so much weight so rapidly. I actually didn't realize I had lost any weight, despite my husband and mother-in-law continually telling me I was losing weight. It wasn't until I went to my brother's wedding last weekend that I went to put on my jeans from last year that I realized I had lost weight. They are size 10 jeans and when I buttoned them, they literally fell off my body when I started walking! Like... I walked and they fell around my freaking ankles! So I went to my closet and grabbed my "goal dress" I hadn't worn since 2007 and put it on. Not only did it fit for the FIRST TIME since 2007... it was actually TOO FREAKING BIG!! My GOAL dress is now TOO BIG and I didn't even realize I had not only hit my goal, but surpassed it! That's how chill and effective your workout videos are! I'm blown away. I've NEVER had this happen before! I am the smallest (and strongest) I have EVER been in my whole lifetime!!! In 5 freaking weeks!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 I am a subscriber for life, Vera. I will never bother with any other program ever again. Nothing in my whole life has ever gotten me results like this. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. You are the TRUTH and I am so so so so grateful.

Those tucked bicep curls and towel rows surprised me at how much harder they are than the original form of the exercise! I enjoyed this workout! It went by really quick!

I mean what can I say Vera, the last two sessions Day 18 and Day 19 were just 🌶. I wasn’t able to follow your pace yesterday but I did today 😊. Well except for the circuit with the drag bicep curl. Thank you for switching side for this exercise. It was easier for me to watch you and execute it properly. Two exercises made me go like WTF 🤬the towel rows 🔥and the upright row hold. I mean I was like how does she come up with these exercises 👿👿👿. This week has been tough for me for several reasons but working out with you has put a smile on my face (even with all the soreness afterwards). So thank you 🙏🏾 thank you and thank you again Vera🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 !!! Now it’s shower🚿🧼 time for me. See you tomorrow 👍🏾😉✅💪🏾😘👋🏾

As always the very best of the very best!!! I found it very demanding but of course as always utterly enjoyable!!! My hand grip is very week at the moment so I had to pause quite often. Still I am so happy I could do it!!! And it was so worth going to the end because the most gorgeous and gracious Lychee showed up!!! 😻😻😻 I would fly from Berlin to Boston just to have a chance to give Lychee one pet!!! 😅 Every workout you create is unique and beyond fantastic - thank you soooooo much dear Vera!!! 🥰😍🤗❤💖

Loved this workout, great combination of exercises, tried to gauge the correct weight for each exercise so that I was pushing whilst holding correct form, not sure if I performed the drag bicep curl correctly so tried lighter weight, seemed better, possibly need more practice with this one. The Bird Dog felt especially great and I welcomed the timer at the end. Thank you Vera

Great job, Tony! So glad you enjoyed it! Focus on bringing your elbows back using the biceps with the drag curl - it can feel somewhat unnatural since all the other curl variations have a stable elbow. You got this, keep crushing it!

Fun fact when I first saw your chanel I was like omg I cant do these workouts they look so hard.. I started this program with a pair of 10lbs and 25lbs dumbells and I am proud to say I was confident enough to purchase a set of 15 & 40lbs because the ones I started out with feels so light to me now.... Thank you I dont know if I am losing weight but I sure feel alot stronger💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
