I was one of those arrogant people who used to think that pilates is something older ladies do when they decide "they want to move more". Tried one workout video with Nicole and thought I was gonna die during :D Felt amazing afterwards and never did anything but pilates since. Note: I was doing strength training since 2012, so 11 years of gym 3 times a week. Still, Nicole made me discover muscles which I didn't know I had :D

Over one year now I have been doing your videos now 5 or 4 days a week. I made that commitment to myself to be strong again and feel good for me, my hubby & my kids. After years of dance classes, being a personal trainer and marathon runner I was burnt out and not happy with exercise or my body. Just finished this workout for January 2024, Week 3, Class 2! It's amazing how fast this class went by, but I feel stronger and relaxed. All the movements are intentional! The breathing and slower pace really force you to control the movements and activate different muscles. Can't wait to keep doing more classes. Thank you, Nicole!!

Nicole! Another day 6 complete without any breaks in between this whole week. This was a good one especially the butt + band workouts. Definitely felt it. Nicole, I tried to do this one a couple of days after getting over a GI bug vs food poisoning. I couldn’t finish it! I did today and it still LITERALLY kicked my butt!! I believe this is your toughest workouts!

If you are new to Pilates, Nicole is awesome. I found her about a year ago when I wanted to vary my workouts and I am hooked. It gets easier with time so don't give up. I still struggle with the three-legged dog but I am better than when I started.🙌

I have been doing your workouts for 2yrs, and I must say I think this is your most challenging workout. I started off with the most challenging band and I had to switch to a less challenging band.This workout kicked my butt, it was bittersweet. But I love a good challenge, I love that your workouts are creative like using the band around the hands. Thank you for all you do nicole you are so appreciated. 😊🙏🏽💙

I always get so happy when I see a new 40 minute full body with mini band pop up when I'm going through your videos to choose! These are my favorites!! This one did NOT disappoint... my glutes and abs were burning! (all in the best way possible). You've made me an expert. I really didn't have the stamina nor the strength to do anything more than walking. I started at a near gym pilates, but it was too much for me and I gave it up. What a challenge! Enjoyed testing myself to make sure I was keeping proper technique for each move but any suggestions on how to keep the band in one place? Wasn’t sure what resistance to choose so I was using yellow (medium). It’s rubber-curious how yours didn’t move during practice.

Thanks for keeping me motivated Nicole, I compete in NPC but after a major accident (hip pelvis and femur replaced) I have been on a hiatus from the stage. Now that I am getting back to the swing of things I realize that I must focus on strength training with body weight along with mobility. I’m so thankful for your classes, the barre classes I find most rewarding as they are truly challenging my balance. Keep up the fantastic work! (More classes possibly with a focus on hip mobility would be most appreciated) blessings your way.

I realize that when she says hands to prayer during the squat series that it is to pray for strength to finish these squats 🙏 😅 i quit lifting weights at the gym and switched to nicole a year ago. I feel so healthy and strong and my low back pain is gone !

this class and all of your other ones are amazing. pilates sundays are the best days for me!! it helps with my mobility and muscle endurance. even my plank felt more solid after this class! i also love the emphasis on coordinating movements with the breath. it transports me into the moment and i’m obsessed 🧘‍♀️

Love love your videos! I do them almost everyday. But I feel that your full body videos are majority booty/legs and some abs and like one move of arms. I would love more arms added into the full body videos!! Thanks so much for all you do!

Oh, wow - how you can feel the difference in every single move whilst using the mini band... This one is really challenging, but great as always... Thank you for sharing all of these wonderful workouts... You are amazing!
