This is absolutely genius. I wonder why anyone would go to a public gym after all this? This must be a whole hell of wisdom to come up with this exercise pattern and individually creative exercises! 10 kg per arm was the max weight I could manage due to the number of repetitions and the length of each set. Thank you, an awesome workout!

Thank you for the modifications! These made it easier for me to follow along. At times when I think a move will be difficult for me, I substitute it with an exercise from the previous set that I liked.

Penny, Day 1 rocked and loved the no repeat with weights👏🏻Tough circuits with variety was SO MOTIVATING! I still need to work on mastering the side plank when you add the row that’s killer to hold 40 seconds but I’ll get there! It's day 1 here in Canada! 🇨🇦 I have a left knee injury so this one was a bit difficult at times. I did the modifications to protect my knee, wore a wrap etc. I find my low back tightening up but I'm sure that will get better in time. Great workout!!! I look forward to completing this one without the modifications

You'll get there Risa! Don't over do it though. You can still get amazing results with the modifications. Best to look after your body first so you can keep training consistently!
