This is absolutely genius. I wonder why anyone would go to a public gym after all this? This must be a whole hell of wisdom to come up with this exercise pattern and individually creative exercises! 10 kg per arm was the max weight I could manage due to the number of repetitions and the length of each set. Thank you, an awesome workout!

I just finished the 6 week challenge. Thank you very much for such a great program. I have a request. I am in my late 50s. Can you please recommend seven videos (approximately 30-45 minutes) for seven days for complete body workout which can be repeatedly worked with for a long time? It will be greatly appreciated.

That was crazy intense! loved it. I also appreciate that you put a break into it and not assume most are superheroes and can push through it. My only suggestion is if you could talk us through the next move before it happens as sometimes I am not watching the screen and would be nice to know

Thank you for the modifications! These made it easier for me to follow along. At times when I think a move will be difficult for me, I substitute it with an exercise from the previous set that I liked.

Thank you sooooo much for doing this 6 week challenge and coming up with the daily workout schedule!😍 I had been planning them out on my own, writing them down in my journal. I was getting tired of the planning and writing, wondering if I was putting them together in the right way so I don't burn my muscles out ..but now you've taken that off my hands and I thank you woman! Penny, Day 1 rocked and loved the no repeat with weights👏🏻Tough circuits with variety was SO MOTIVATING! I still need to work on mastering the side plank when you add the row that’s killer to hold 40 seconds but I’ll get there! It's day 1 here in Canada! 🇨🇦 I have a left knee injury so this one was a bit difficult at times. I did the modifications to protect my knee, wore a wrap etc. I find my low back tightening up but I'm sure that will get better in time. Great workout!!! I look forward to completing this one without the modifications

You'll get there Risa! Don't over do it though. You can still get amazing results with the modifications. Best to look after your body first so you can keep training consistently!

Honestly I thought I was going to die. It’s WAS the longest 40 min workout. It was hard, but I’m happy I did. I’ve to lose weight, so these workouts plus eating right will do it for sure. Thanks Penny.
