Really felt good!!! Pushed myself on the strength matching your 15lbs. Only dropped to 12lbs when doing the two handed dumbbell swings and the overhead hold. Just thought how bad it would be if the dumbbells went flying or landing on my head😂 ❤❤❤❤❤ loved the format and loved feeling strong 💪 thank you 😊

Appreciate the standing workouts, especially when traveling at hotel gym floors look questionable. Please bring back more workouts with 3 sets of work. No repeat is great for variety and to keep up heart rate, but I LOVE your old videos with 3 rounds of working the same muscle group because I can get that muscle group to fatigue. I ALWAYS felt like you were kicking my ass with the sets of work. Thanks!!!
