Wow, did this in the after party. That one move where you are leaning on the ball with your forearms was very challenging. My arms were shaking so much I almost punched myself in the head. But what a great workout

I really enjoyed this workout, thanks so much Chris! I'm amazed how a tiny angle adjustment eased my knee pressure immediately. This just shows how important it is to follow workouts with a qualified and experienced instructor (and also a bloody lovely one too! 😊). Xx

This was a good legs n back Workout today. I really felt the burn 🔥 towards the end. ❤when we got to the 2nd round of the stuff I said Don't Cry Modify ihad to drop the weights, but kept going 😊😊

I love these combo back and legs workouts! This had a great mix of super effective moves. I am so excited for the next 30 day challenge I have been hoping you would do another one, the first two were so great! I really loved this one! I so appreciate how you change up the moves and come up with new ones to challenge us and keep it interesting! Form tips are always helpful! I struggle with curtsy squats so I often do them without weight to get the form correct and it really helps!

I've been worried about losing strength because I'm not working out with the intensity I used to in my 20s - 40s. But in the last couple of weeks I've been able to hold 60 second wall sits, which I couldn't do when I first started with you. All these moves were fantastic, might have to save this as a favorite. PS - Nastia should wear khakis to complete her Allstate persona.
