Hi Myriam! Congratulations! I’m so happy you shared this with me. I haven’t posted workouts that dedicated to prenatal. And please make sure you check with your doctor first before starting any workout program, because everyone’s body is different. For workout, each phase of pregnancy should have different workouts/ movements and I suggest you to avoid all the workouts in lying down on your back because it can cause difficulty breathing. In general, listen to your body and talk to a doctor and perhaps do one-on-one sessions the closer to come toward birth. I hope it helps. And again really happy to hear that you will be a mom soon 💛🤗 lots of love to you!

Need a suggestion. What if the day is super busy and you don’t find time to do any workouts/Pilates but still would love to do in available time even if your stomach is not empty? Are there any Pilates exercises that can be done in mid of the day or may be 1 hour post food so as to avoid the guilt of not exercising and stay fit for rest of the day or evening
